Key West Garden Club: West Martello Tower

I went back today for some Tropical Backgrounds shots. People seem to like the flower shots better so here are a few of those:

These were just really cool and colorful. How can the plants have so much color down here?

Besides the frangipani, I don't know what anything is! I should have looked at the signs. But the lizards like to hang out on the signs and I spent way too much time looking at them:

Lizards still fascinate me. I swear two of them were fighting over me. Ok, I know I was imagining that, but they were both staring at me from different rocks and then they jumped on the same rock and started going around in circles. It's like watching American Gladiators, they bump and bump until somebody falls of the rock. The winner just stared at me some more.

Today, I saw a family of iguanas. They were so cool. First I saw one in the middle of the street and as I biked closer, I saw another and then three smaller ones. All bright green and running fast to get away from me.

This place is amazing.
